Another great piece from Austin Kleon. This would work well in a language classroom to discuss denotation and connotation, homonyms, and the appeals (ethos, pathos, logos). Sequencing is a big factor here. For the older students a lesson on metacognition and “linking” phrases or ideas to create a narrative.
